Hello, art fans!

It is finally time to share more news about what we have been working on since the Blind Gallery Club launch.

Blind Gallery Club Area

We believe Discord is awesome, but there needs to be a place where Club members can find all the information and take action in an easy and friendly way.

That is why we built the Club Area, consisting of these sections: Benefits, Badges, and Art Incubator voting.

Discord will continue to be the place to chat, interact with the community, and get technical support.

Benefits

All the benefits (directly calculated from your membership token) will be displayed here. It adds up to multiple benefits if needed.

The benefits section outlines the Club member’s benefits.

Blind Gallery Badges

We see the Blind Gallery as a collecting experience for both artists and collectors, and we believe the experience should transcend individual editions and events.

That is why we are distributing Blind Gallery Badges on key events, like participating in Blind Gallery editions (as a collector or artist).

The Badges are Soulbound tokens, which are tied to your crypto wallet and can’t be transferred, sold, or bought.

The Blind Gallery Badges are soulbound tokens that represent your collecting and creating journey.

Besides representing your involvement in the Blind Gallery, the Badges will be used to reward the most engaged participants in the future.

Anyone can earn Badges, not only Club members.

The following 5 Badges will be airdropped as the Club Area opens in the coming days:

1. Club Member 2022: Those with a Blind Gallery membership on the 31st of December 2022.

2. 1st Edition Collector: Those that exchanged a Mint Pass in the Blind Gallery 1st edition.

3. 1st Edition Artist: Those artists that participated in the 1st edition.

4. Bear Collector: Those that exchanged a Mint Pass in the Blind Gallery Bear Market edition.

5. Bear Artist: Those artists that participated in the Bear Market edition.

Art Incubator - Decentralized Curation

As we shared a few weeks ago, the Blind Gallery Club members can select who joins the Art Incubator. We have been working on an onchain voting system to make things transparent and smooth.

The Blind Gallery Art Incubator is a place for digital artists to work on their craft and release their work using the Blind concept.

Every Club member will have one vote in every voting round. In each selection round, all the artists that applied to the incubator (and meet the criteria) will be displayed.

Blind Gallery Club members can vote to select the artists that join the Art Incubator. Introducing onchain decentralized curation.

The first Art Incubator voting round will happen the first week of March (from the 1st to the 7th). If you are an artist, you can read all the information and apply below.
